Autonomy Soma Red Vermouth 750ml (ABV 18%) CinsaultSoma is a collaboration between Autonomy Distillers (Ash Sutherland) and Stappa Wines (Dan Henderson). Made from locally sourced and native Australian ingredients for a modern take of Red Vermouth. Ingredients include: Tinta Barroca grapes, wormwood, Davidson plum and Australian myrtles. Contains sulfites. Expect bittersweet, fresh tart plums, orange zest, ripe blackberries and pepper.
