It is produced and distilled by La Cofrada. Made from 70% Blue Agave, 30% Raw cane sugar (Piloncillo Penela) and spring water from the highlands of Jalisco. Nose Notes of citrus, the herbal aroma of fresh cut grass, touches of honey, aromas of bread dough and a light floral note of lilies. Palate Light alcohol,
