I had the opportunity to retaste the wonderful 2015 Hermitage and have taken this opportunity to up my rating of it a couple of points

Vieux Chateau Certan Size:6x1.5L Moderate but not invasive woodOne of the wines of the vintage, 45 minutes in the decanted allowed the wine to fill out, soften and show off its silky, plum, cherry, floral and earthy charms. This is close to its peak, so if you are waiting to pop your bottles, it will get a bit better, but it is so good now, why hold off any longer?
