This striking large Royston turquoise stone stands alone literally upon this unique silver cuff. Surrounded with silver rope and its hand wrought silver border, its adorned atop a cylinder pedestal. The actual thick cuff itself has two distinctly different sides, with the one side complete with intricate hand carvings and hand stampings, while the other side has a large deep set silver overlay
