Dragon Theme Wakizashi Tsuka - Signed Hidemoto with Kao - High ReliefWakizashi tsuka decorated with dragon fittings. Fuchikashira made of shakudo with gilded elemets. It is signed "Hidemoto" with Kao. It is possible to find few of his other works online. I made a lot of close ups of the set, however it looks best from some distance. I have to say that this dragon has a very strong shape

Good quality jabara maki but due to old age some threads are misplaced and it is a bit dirty

Base of the tsuba is in a very rough condition

Pheasants menuki attributed to mainline Goto School with NBTHK Hozon Tosogu

I am not sure what material was used for the kamon

This is a beautiful tsuba with great patina

Due to the age ito is almost black now
