This doesn’t have quite the same grace as the Combottes but it’s definitely a quality effort as it’s built-to-age and a wine that’s going to need at least half a dozen years of patience first while rewarding 15+

Perfumed aromas of poached pear, orange, toasted grains and honey develop hints of smoky minerals and pungent flowers. Smooth and expansive on the palate, offering pliant, concentrated orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of fennel that builds in the glass.
