Michel Couvreur - Vin Jaune Single Malt 9 yrs 500ml PateOne year older than the previous edition, once again, the Michel Couvreur team have worked their peculiar brand of magic on a Scottish malt, this one distilled on the 1st of February 2015 and matured for over nine years in Jura vin Jaune casks (a white wine produced from Savagnin in the Jura region of Eastern France, tasting similar to fino Sherry). Barrels were sourced from Stphane Tissot and delivered to Couvreur's Burgundy cellars without rinsing,

distilled in small batches and crafted with meticulous care

whose score is a secret jealously guarded by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence
